Sore Inside Nose Golden Retriever

PATRON OF SKATERS.

April 14, the day of Santa Lydwine.
In 1396, Lydwine, a girl 16, Schiedam (Netherlands), was visited by some friends invited her to go skating. The legend says that Lydwine friends insisted on going to skate even though she was not feeling well. When they were skating on the lake the ice broke and Lydwine broke six ribs and was paralyzed for the rest of his life.

Lydwine After that accident had visions and said he could perform miracles, as recorded by those who visited her bed for her suffering. Lidwina was good with everyone in his poor little room. He died on April 14, which is now your holiday. His tomb became a place of pilgrimage. Was built in 1434 above a chapel. Lydwine was canonized in 1890 and named patron of skaters in 1944. There is a picture of the fatal fall in 1498 made by the Dutch artist, Johannes Brugman, currently on display at the Museum of Figure Skating.

Lydwine Happy holy day.
